Mats for the Homeless

These ladies didn't make these mats from wool or cotton but from plastic bags, the kind you get from the store. Once crocheted into mats they are given to the homeless in our city so they can be used as sleeping mats. It's a great way to help make life a little easier on these "forgotten" people. The plastic mats are durable, water resistant, and light weight. It provides a nice cushion from the cold, hard surfaces that many of the homeless sleep on.

Change for Change

We have recently learned that at the Kudjip Hospital in Papua New Guinea, running on very limited finances, the Nazarene doctors don't have enough Tylenol or Advil to give their patients in need. We want to help! So, we have a Penny Jar in our church foyer that is getting filled with change. Just drop your donation into the jar. All of the money collected will go directly to this hospital.  You can make huge difference in the medical care on the other side of the world!

If you are interested in donating to this hospital you can also use our donation link. %100 of your donation will go to help these doctors and nurses provide medical treatment.

This is What Jesus Would Do

The Church of the Nazarene is dedicated to helping people; physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This includes reaching those who do not yet know Jesus and helping them to grow in their relationship with him.
